All I have heard are the Preceptors theorizing about it. Some are of the belief my predecessors did not possess the affinity to cloudhymn as I do, and therefore were unable of awakening the suanni. ( which ofc made them fight each other on it but yk how they are ) A few think it could have to do with the Arbor, and were adamant on consulting the Divination Commission on its future. I'm afraid I lack a proper answer to give you at the moment.
High Elder, if your pet mauls the curtains simply because they're swaying in the wind, you can be certain she'll also maul innocent civilians who are simply walking past.
Wouldn't consulting the Divination Commission contradict the secrecy behind her existence?
