[

I have far too many moments here that I'm a little lost on what to do, haha.
How can I help you, Dan Heng?

It seems we are both in the same predicament.

Not at all, you're just very reserved.
Did someone say you are?

Rather than directly saying so, it seems our views are different from what I've gathered.

With all you’ve endured, it’s only logical that trust comes to you slowly. Wounds take time and gentleness to mend.
It's not a fault you should dwell upon.

I was told that as comrades forced into a similar situation... it wouldn't be bad to put a little trust in people.

I could understand their perspective but couldn't help but think it naive to be so... open.

I see.
I too could understand their perspective and yours, given our circumstances, but trust and openness are not mutually exclusive. You can put trust in another person without allowing yourself to be emotionally open or vulnerable.
